Impressed by the organization of the tour

We had a great trip. We were all very impressed by the accommodation and the organisation of the tour. Your tour operators were excellent and kept in touch with us. The drivers were great and very supportive. In the north we had a driver called Mahendra Singh, who was very good. And so was Roy in Cochin.
A major highlight was the guide in Agra, Deepak Dan. He was great. The girls loved him and how he turned the history of the Mughals into really fun stories.
And you were completely correct about only doing the Alleppey houseboat for one day! That was perfect. Probably could have even skipped the night and just done the day time!!
The accommodation at the palaces was interesting. You may want to suggest to the Jaipur hotel that they buy those column heaters rather than the blow heaters which weren’t very useful!
The food at all the hotels you had booked us in was very good. Someone said that we shouldn’t bother eating at the Abad Atrium in Cochin, but on the last night we did, and found the food was excellent!
We never got sick from the food or water, but we all have a bit of a cough and cold from Delhi and the pollution I think.
All in all, a wonderful trip that all five of us enjoyed very much.
Our next trip is to Thailand. I need to be in Bangkok from Feb 20-25, 2013, and am hoping you can help with that for all five of us again! My old high school (International School of Bangkok) is having a reunion of the classes from the 80s then!
