-
All of our airfares include taxes. Please note that all taxes are subject to change daily because of currency fluctuations.
-
Prices on our website are subject to availability.
-
Charges may apply where a booking is changed or the tickets are re-issued or cancelled.
-
We strongly advise that all flights should be reconfirmed by phone with the relevant airline at least 48 hours prior to the departure of each flight.
-
Please note that most countries require at least 6 months validity on passports upon arrival.
-
It is your responsibility to obtain the applicable VISAS and carry them with you while you travel.
-
Please note Airfares and Taxes are subject to change without notice.
-
If you have to change any part of your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, for example, if any airline changes its schedule or your chosen accommodation is no longer available, or if there is an increase in the price due to additional taxes or supplier charges, we will notify you. You will have the option of cancelling your booking, in which case we will refund the amount you have paid, less any cancellation fees imposed by other suppliers.
-
We sell various travel related products on behalf of numerous airlines, transportation companies, accommodations and other tour operators. We have no responsibility for these services nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions and limitation of liability imposed by these service providers. If, for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services you have contracted, your legal recourse lies against the provider not Travel Hut.
-
We do not accept any liability of any nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control.
-
Please check your itinerary carefully. Ensure that all names on the tickets are exactly the same as in your passport. Check the accuracy of all dates and timings. Any errors on your documents will be your responsibility if not advised to us before the tickets are issued.
-
Please check with your consultant about the conditions applied to your fares.
-
We charge 1.41% fees for payments made by credit card (Visa and Master card). We do not accept American Express cards.
-
If you are a member of an airline's frequent flyer scheme, please ensure that you have advised the frequent flyer number to your consultant. We will not take any responsibility if the airlines do not register your trip. You are advised to retain copies of your air ticket and boarding pass. It is worthwhile to mention here that not all fares are eligible for the frequent flyer points.
-
Special requests for meals and seats will always be passed on to the travel providers but can never be guaranteed.
-
A non refundable deposit of $100 per person is required at the time of booking.
-
Cheque payments are required at least 5 working days prior to the final payment due date to allow time for funds to clear.
